Meet our Fifth Grade Team
Miss Pezzuti joined Eagle View in 2016. She has been a 5th grade teacher for 6 years. Miss Pezzuti graduated from Slippery Rock University with a degree in Elementary Education and a double minor in Elementary and Middle School Math. She is currently working to pursue her Masters in Elementary Education K-8 Math & Science from Slippery Rock University. Miss Pezzuti loves traveling, and spent the past two summers exploring Thailand and Mexico with friends. She also loves spending time with her dog, Cozmo, playing outside, watching sports, and being with family and friends.
This is Mrs. Clausen's third year as a fifth grade teacher at Eagle View. Previously she taught fifth grade in Loudoun County Virginia for eight years. Mrs. Clausen graduated from the the University of Virginia with a bachelors degree in History and a masters degree in Teaching. She also obtained her second masters degree in Education Policy from George Washington University. In her free time she enjoys hiking and traveling with her husband, being a proud Wahoo, and watching college basketball.
Ms. Daly teaches fifth grade here at Eagle View. This is her second year at our school. She has taught grades 2, 3, and 5 in her career; her favorite being fifth grade! Ms. Daly received her B.A. from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL and her M.Ed. from the University of New Hampshire. She and her husband have three sons, two dogs, and a cat. Ms. Daly also teaches group fitness classes in the evenings and on weekends for fun.
Ms. Huynh is a new member of the Eagle View team! As a Northern Virginia native and an FCPS alumni, she is excited to be teaching in Fairfax County. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from James Madison University in 2012 (Go Dukes!) and earned a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Elementary Education from George Mason University this past summer. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, playing soccer, being outdoors, and traveling!
Ms. Donohue joined Eagle View in 2008. She graduated from James Madison University with her undergraduate degree in Anthropology and started her journey at Eagle View Elementary School as a Special Education Instructional Assistant. During this time she attended George Mason University to obtain her Master's degree in Special Education. After graduating from George Mason, she began teaching at Eagle View Elementary School as a third grade Special Education teacher. She has been working as a fourth grade Special Education teacher for the past 5 years and is excited to join the 5th grade team this year! She enjoys the long-lasting and collaborative friendships she has made with her coworkers across all grade levels. In her free time, Ms. Donohue loves taking yearly trips to Disney World, reading any and everything, and spending time with her fiancé, friends, family and her sweet Bichon Frise, Weston.
Mrs. Williams joined Eagle view as a special education teacher in 2009. She started her teaching career as a special education teacher in Fairfax County in 2002. Prior to working at Eagle View, Mrs. Williams taught special education and 2 years of general education at Hutchison Elementary. Mrs. Williams graduated from Geneva College with a dual degree in General Education and Special Education. She earned her Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix. When not at Eagle View, Mrs. Williams enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
